Botox (whose Italian trade name is VISTABEX) is a drug widely used in cosmetic surgery because it helps reduce and fight expression lines that result from the constant use of facial muscles. Basically, Botox or botulinum causes, through an injection with a small syringe, to block the nerve impulse to the muscles that cause wrinkles. The treatment performed by the specialized staff of the Eur Aesthetic center is by appointment, without hospitalization and without anesthesia. Duration: about 20 minutes.

Indications of Botox

Microdermabrasion is an aesthetic medical treatment that aims to smooth out various types of skin imperfections - age-related and not - by smoothing the skin and stimulating cell renewal.

Among the main imperfections that can be treated with microdermabrasion, we recall:

• Signs of different origin and nature (scars after acne, disfigured scars after surgery, etc.);
• Skin spots and hyperpigmentation;
• Wrinkles;
• Stretch marks.

Microdermabrasion is performed to remove parts of the surface skin, thus exerting a softening action and at the same time stimulating cell circulation.
Different materials can be used to remove the surface layers of the skin, among which the most used are corundum crystals or aluminum hydroxide microgranules.
